Service Description
The Starter Journey begins with a complimentary 2-hour assessment and orientation session, followed by 5 EIT* Advisory credits that can be mobilised where expert support creates the most value: through online advisory sessions or mission execution managed via your personalised 3A Mission Board. Together, we will define the minimum necessary scope for each mission, build on your existing work and internal resources, and identify the most effective and cost-efficient solutions for your challenges. What you get: > 2-hour Initial Exploration session — complimentary > 5 EIT* Advisory credits to be used within 3 months > Online access to your personalised 3A Mission Board for planning, management & collaboration > Mapping of the most relevant leading business practices and related service offers > Risk & Priority summary > Potential service options with highest added value > Selected Missions list for next-step decision-making Your EIT* can be used to book an online advisory session or schedule mission execution through your personalised 3A Mission Board. For each booking or equivalent expert intervention, 1 EIT will be deducted from your available balance. The Result Complement (€445) is the second half of the EIT advisory fee. It becomes due only once you validate the agreed result of the relevant Mission Card. The maximum total value per EIT is therefore €890 excl. VAT. For the 5 EIT package, the total Result Complement amounts to €2.225 excl. VAT, bringing the maximum total package value to €4.450 excl. VAT. All prices are excl. VAT. A separate invoice will be sent by email. *1 EIT corresponds approximately to one hour of focused, productive, AI-augmented expert work.
Cancellation Policy
The Initial Exploration session cannot be cancelled. Any rescheduling request must be submitted online at least 48 hours prior to the session. Advisory Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without charge. In such cases, the corresponding EIT credit will be restored to your balance. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the session, the EIT credit is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
