Our commitment to excellence — guaranteed
You pay for EIT upfront. The Result Complement — the second half of our advisory fee — becomes due only once you validate the agreed results.

Expert Intervention Time (EIT) is our unit for concentrated, high-value advisory intervention. It operates as mobilisable intervention credits: each task carried out consumes the number of EIT corresponding to the work actually performed.
1 EIT corresponds approximately to one hour of focused, productive, AI-augmented expert work. Depending on the task, this can generate significantly greater output than traditional working methods, while preserving our standard of excellence and professional accountability.
Our advisory tariff is split into two equal parts:

50% corresponds to a Result Complement, due only once you validate the agreed result
This model aligns our incentives with the delivery of excellent results, lowers your upfront investment and risk, and recognises the value of your own contribution when it meaningfully reduces the work required from us.
