Our pricing model is simple — no hidden costs, no fine print. You pay only for the support you request. Services are billed per agreed and validated hours: consulting at full rate, operational support at reduced rates.
Modular and flexible — focused on the best value for you
We give you full control of your budget and our interventions. Each service is organised into tasks and deli-verables, with agreed time estimates and tracked actual hours — easily adjusted online to suit your evolving needs. When it’s more cost-effective or better suited to your needs, we recommend external providers.
The right solution at the right price
After each validated deliverable, you receive a separate invoice with a clear summary of time and costs. For long-term projects, we offer discounted bulk-hour packages.

Our Pricing Model
We keep pricing simple, transparent, and tailored to your needs. Billing is based on actual hours worked:

Once a service is completed and validated by the client, it is marked Done and billing is triggered. For each individual service, estimated and updated worked hours are clearly visible in your personalised 3A Service Board.
Packages & Special Rates
Get a smart start. We’ll cover the first hour of your introductory assessment. You bring the challenges — we’ll bring the Service Board.

Introductory 2h service assessment & access to your personal 3A Service Board at a special rate

For clients who want predictability and savings, we offer pre-paid hour bundles at preferred rates (with adapted validity):

10 hours > 5% fee reduction (to be used within 6 month)

20 hours > 10% fee reduction (valid for 1 year)

50 hours > 15% fee reduction (valid for 1 year)

100 hours > 20% fee reduction (extended validity of 18 month)

200 hours > 25% fee reduction (extended validity of 24 month)
A 50% deposit is required at the start, with the balance invoiced as hours are consumed.
Flexibility & Online Booking
You can book sessions by the hour directly online, up to 6 weeks in advance (with secure credit card payment or emailed invoice).
